Texas football has the expectation of taking another step forward in the second year with head coach Tom Herman at the helm. That expectation falls on both sides of the ball doing their part to contribute to what could be an eight or 10 win season this fall.
With all this in mind, the Longhorns have to figure out what are the most important steps to take before the official start of the regular season. Fall camp will be huge for this squad since the non-conference slate ramps things up very fast with matchups against the Maryland Terrapins (on the road) and the USC Trojans.
