The graduate transfer market got pretty juicy this week among Power Five programs around the country, including one close to Texas football in the Oklahoma State Cowboys. The other came from the reigning ACC Champion Clemson Tigers.
Oklahoma State is now down senior wide receiver Jalen McCleskey, who rather surprisingly announced his transfer from the program due to reported lack of work in the offense. Then, Clemson predictably lost its big name quarterback in Kelly Bryant. He was forced out by the emerging star true freshman quarterback Trevor Lawrence.
The impact that these two transfers on the Longhorns might not be on this roster itself, but instead on the talent coming to, or going away from, other Big 12 rosters.
