The 2020 Texas football recruiting class took a big hit on Dec. 11, with the loss of a former underrated three-star skill position weapon that is ultra-elusive. Three-star West Mesquite all-purpose running back Ty Jordan was the second decommitment in the last two weeks for head coach Tom Herman after he made all the “Black Sunday” changes to his staff.
What’s interesting as it pertains to the Texas Longhorns football program on the recruiting trail is the irony behind their two decommitments since all those aforementioned coaching staff changes and where those prospects might ultimately sign.
