Some big news dropped on Nov. 24 for the Big 12, namely the Texas Tech Red Raiders, in the departure of now former head coach Kliff Kingsbury. Texas Tech got impatient with the results it was seeing the last few years. This year Texas Tech didn’t even qualify for bowl eligibility. After the type of start the team got off too in 2018, like big wins over the Oklahoma State Cowboys and Houston Cougars, the downfall at the end squandered it. Texas football was part of that downfall of the Red Raiders at the end of the regular season.
