The look of the Texas football program got a massive shift on the morning of Jan. 2, with the news that Tom Herman will be replaced by Steve Sarkisian.

News that was not anticipated to come down this fast, or even at all heading into the 2021 offseason, arrived on the morning of Jan. 2. The Texas football program had the news drop that fourth-year head coach Tom Herman would be replaced by the offensive coordinator of the Alabama Crimson Tide Steve Sarkisian.
