There were expectations for the 2019 Texas football team. Expectations that we haven’t put on the team in several years and it was all within reason after 10 wins and a Sugar Bowl victory in 2018. Now, the real test in 2019 is upon the Horns and it just so happens to be in the greatest college football rivalry to ever exist.
Thinking the Texas Longhorns would go undefeated this season was a stretch. The chances were slim and with that dream out the window after the loss to LSU in week 2, the team has focused on one opponent at a time.
