Facing the Georgia Bulldogs in the Allstate Sugar Bowl to cap off the 2018 season looked to be exactly what Texas football needed to go into this offseason with confidence. Texas football got the best of Georgia in the Sugar Bowl on New Year’s Day by the final score of 28-21 at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, LA.
The Texas Longhorns football program really went for it all on the Sugar Bowl rings they received that were also unveiled on July 10. A big lull in action for this Texas team ends with these rings rolling out and with Big 12 Media Days beginning next week.
