A very surprising player that went undrafted out of the Texas football program in the 2019 NFL Draft was wide receiver Lil’Jordan Humphrey, who signed with the New Orleans Saints. The former Texas standout wide receiver went from a projected middle round selection in the 2019 NFL Draft to falling undrafted to the Saints in shocking fashion.
The concerns that fans had over Humphrey’s ability to translate his skill set to the NFL came mainly with the lack of speed and agility he showed through the draft workout process. That led to doubts with his separation ability as an NFL wide receiver.
