Texas football takes on the Oklahoma Sooners in a key Red River game on Oct. 10, but there’s some great players to look back on from these two teams.
On the morning of Oct. 10 at the Cotton Bowl at the Texas State Fairgrounds in Dallas, the Texas football program and Oklahoma Sooners will meet up to see which team can get back on track in the Big 12. Both Texas and Oklahoma are coming off losses from last weekend. In their Big 12 home opener, Texas head coach Tom Herman saw his squad fall short at the hands of stingy head coach Gary Patterson and the TCU Horned Frogs by the heartbreaking final score of 33-31.
