The Texas football program got off and running on the recruiting trail for the 2020 class with some big commits to add to an already solid offense. One piece that the 2020 Texas football recruiting class is still void of is running back talent, as some key targets haven’t announced yet. The coaching staff has to be thrilled about what five-star in-state elite rusher Zachary Evans brings to the table, but he doesn’t have a set announcement date yet.
In terms of what head Texas football coach Tom Herman and offensive coordinator Tim Beck are working with at the moment in the running back room, it doesn’t look too promising.
