Early in the day on Tuesday, Scott committed to head coach Les Miles and the Kansas Jayhawks.
But the one target that the 2020 recruiting class for the Texas Longhorns football program landed is four-star Winter Park High School and Winter Park, FL, cornerback Ethan Pouncey.
