As the 2019 off-season moves closer and closer to the start of spring camp for the Texas football program, some of the positional needs are starting to get smaller and smaller. The two biggest positional needs heading into National Signing Day for Texas football were at offensive line and running back.
On the defensive side of the ball, the Texas football program had a ton of roster turnover and we’re set to see a ton of new faces among the starters. There were some spots on the offensive side of the ball too that had a sizable amount of roster turnover.
