It does feel like newly hired head coach Steve Sarkisian and the 2022 Texas football recruiting class are just a few weeks away from catching fire on the trail again. Texas caught fire on the recruiting trail for their 2022 and 2023 classes in the first couple of months after the former Alabama Crimson Tide offensive coordinator and reigning Broyles Award winner Sark was hired to replace Tom Herman.
There’s still a solid foundation that the Longhorns 2022 and 2023 recruiting classes are built on at this point in time, despite a drought in terms of commitments in the last month and a half.
