The Texas football program lost a lot of players to the NCAA Transfer Portal last offseason, when it was really made big among public headlines. Transfers were really big around the college football landscape previous to the 2019 offseason, but nothing had a mainstream impact like the scripting of the transfer portal during the summer.
However, one name that is reportedly set to enter the transfer portal next offseason is the Michigan State Spartans senior linebacker/edge rusher Brandon Bouyer-Randle. After a weak transfer class of linebackers during the 2019 offseason, Randle immediately upgrades the pool of players in which Power Five teams could be looking at in the summer of 2020.
