Texas Football Fills Major Positional Need

A graduate transfer from Syracuse announced Sunday that he is transferring to Texas to fill a major positional need for Tom Herman.

Kendall Moore had one year of eligibility remaining and he plans to use it in Austin playing for the Longhorns.

Moore recorded stats in four seasons with Syracuse, but he is eligible to play in 2017 after being awarded a medical redshirt last year. You can see why he would want another college football opportunity when looking at his year-over-year production in New York:

  • 2013: 6 catches for 65 yards
  • 2014: 4 catches for 31 yards
  • 2015: 3 catches for 39 yards
  • 2016: 1 catch for 15 yards

Moore’s one catch last year was the second game of the season against Louisville.
