Out of what promises to be one of the most pivotal recruiting weekends of the summer for the Texas football program, the impact showed through on social media. During the weekend itself, and during the annual pool party during Texas Heat Wave, visiting recruits and the Texas Football Twitter account itself were fairly active.
But it’s nice to see the visiting recruits getting excited about one of the biggest events of the offseason in this regard. Texas football won’t have much else going on in the way of a recruiting weekend as big as Texas Heat Wave until fall camp arrives.
