Injuries are one of the worst occurrences that can transpire during summer workouts for any college football program, especially with the way things went for a team like Texas football during spring ball. In the midst of spring camp, the Texas football program underwent a host of injuries on both sides of the ball and had a number of key absences in the Orange-White Game back in April.
However, one key name that could be missing even at least three weeks during the upcoming regular season is second-year wideout Al’Vonte Woodard. According to Horns247, Woodard is set to undergo surgery on Tuesday, June 11 to start the rehab process ahead of fall camp.
