Team activities for the Texas Longhorns remain paused on Tuesday following three positive COVID-19 tests among players and two positive tests among coaches surfaced on Sunday.
The school announced that that the Longhorns still aren’t practicing or meeting out of an abundance of caution as the program continues COVID-19 testing procedures, which included more tests on Monday and Tuesday.
Because team activities remain paused, the status of Saturday’s game against Kansas in Lawrence remains unclear. Originally scheduled for Nov. 21, the game was postponed because the Jayhawks could not meet the Big 12 minimum requirements at a position group.
