The day is finally here. The Texas football program is set to take on the No. 11 ranked Utah Utes in the Alamo Bowl. New Year’s Even will be the site of multiple bowl games as we move closer and closer to the end of the college football season. One of the most significant bowl games on Dec. 31, is Texas taking on Utah in the Alamo Bowl.
Texas will be representing a Big 12 conference that is looking for redemption from a poor start to the postseason. The Oklahoma State Cowboys were taken down by the former Big 12 foe Texas A&M Aggies by the final score of 24-21 in the Texas Bowl.
