The bowl season starts in just a few days, and there’s a ton of excitement and discussion surrounding it as always. Texas football participates in the postseason this year against the No. 5 ranked Georgia Bulldogs in the Allstate Sugar Bowl on Jan. 1, and it kicks off at 7:45 CT at the Mercedes Benz Superdome in New Orleans, LA. The hope for Texas football is to walk away with a bowl win over an SEC opponent for the second straight year and head into the off-season with at least a top 12 ranking in the nation. That is an achievable goal for Texas football to cap a solid 2018 campaign.
