It’s nearly time for Texas football to take to FedEx Field in Landover, MD, to try and upend the Maryland Terrapins for the second straight year. We will emphasize the fact that the Longhorns are trying to upend the Terps for the second straight year to get revenge, not because Texas came out on top last season.
The time for off-season and recruiting storylines taking center stage is finally over. This was a long eight months for the Horns and the fans respectively since the end of an up and down 2017 campaign. That 2017 campaign was capped off with a nice Texas Bowl victory over the Mizzou Tigers.
