Heading into spring ball this year, newly hired head coach Steve Sarkisian and the Texas football program were looking to settle in after an offseason full of change in its early stages. Sarkisian is implementing new schemes completely on both sides of the ball in spring camp, and he’s already had to deal with a long pause in contact drills due to COVID-19-related issues.
Yet, that shouldn’t stop Sark and the Longhorns from having a largely productive bout of spring ball in the former Alabama Crimson Tide offensive coordinator and Broyles Award winner’s first year on the Forty Acres.
