It now seems like a long time ago that athletic director Chris del Conte had the official announcement that the Texas football program would be parting ways with head coach Tom Herman in favor of Steve Sarkisian. Back on Jan. 2, the Texas program took to a new direction by hiring the former Alabama Crimson Tide/reigning Broyles Award winner Sark.
As a reigning National Champion with the Crimson Tide and the architect of the offense that produced the Heisman Trophy winner (wide receiver Devonta Smith) and another finalist in quarterback Mac Jones, Sark seems like a good hire on the Forty Acres.
