Since we’re officially halfway through the 2018 regular season, Texas football has some time to reflect on what’s gone well and what still needs to improve at this point. One of the things that can be viewed in a positive light is the strength of schedule up to this point. The Longhorns had one of the most grueling schedules in the first half of the 2018 campaign of any team in the Big 12.
Getting the likes of the Oklahoma Sooners, USC Trojans, TCU Horned Frogs, and Kansas State Wildcats out of the way already is a huge mark for the Horns for an easy to a potential appearance in the Big 12 Championship Game.
