The quarterback room for the Texas football program could get really thin entering the 2019 regular season, depending on how the NCAA Transfer Portal shakes out. Texas football now could have three quarterbacks with names in the NCAA Transfer Portal entering spring camp. That could also be three quarterbacks that aren’t with the Texas football program in spring camp.
The first two Texas football quarterbacks to put their names on the transfer market were freshmen Cameron Rising and Casey Thompson.
