The highest rated commit for the 2020 Texas football recruiting class just arrived on June 3. Texas football was able to haul in the four-star Duncanville High School athlete and signal caller Ja’Quinden Jackson on June 3 to end a long quiet period on the recruiting trail for the 2020 class.
Both the 2020 and 2021 Texas football recruiting classes were starting to fall behind comparatively to the rest of the top teams in the Big 12. The 2021 recruiting class still doesn’t have a commit in store, but there’s time to change that trend.
For now, head Texas football coach Tom Herman and offensive coordinator Tim Beck should be thrilled about what they landed on June 3 with Jackson’s pledge.
