Nearly all of the five-star prospect targets for the 2020 Texas football recruiting class that caught traction lately with the coaching staff were on campus for the Heat Wave weekend. That wasn’t the only important recruiting storylines coming out of the weekend, though.
Texas football has plenty to be excited about on the recruiting trail for the rest of the 2020 cycle. But it is always easy to get pumped about prospective five-star commits for a blue blood football school like Texas.
Fans should already be excited about what the more electrifying Texas commits bring to the table, like that of four-star cornerback Kitan Crawford, four-star athlete Ja’Quinden Jackson, and four-star dual-threat quarterback Hudson Card.
