The fortunes for the 2020 Texas football recruiting class of late aren’t great. The Texas football program didn’t take much momentum out of National Signing Day 2019 or Junior Day in the month of Feburary into spring ball. There was a shot for head Texas football coach Tom Herman to put things together the past two months to give the 2020 recruiting class a major boost.
However, within the past few days we’ve seen the 2020 Texas football recruiting class miss out on some of its biggest targets. While competing programs like the Oklahoma Sooners, Texas A&M Aggies, and Georgia Bulldogs thrived on the recruiting trail since the beginning of spring camps last month, the Longhorns are floundering a bit.
