The 6’2, 305-pounder signed with the Longhorns as a member of the 2022 recruiting class out of Southaven (Miss.) as a consensus four-star prospect ranked as the No. 391 player and the No. 52 defensive lineman, according to the 247Sports Composite rankings. Bryant chose Texas after taking official visits to Georgia and Texas A&M, committing to the Horns in late August of 2021 before signing in December.
