AUSTIN -- The Longhorns received some good news on Thursday as far as their 2019 defense is concerned.
Junior defensive end Malcolm Roach announced on Twitter he's coming back for his senior season. Roach's announcement came just a few hours after junior wide receiver Collin Johnson tweeted he would be staying for his senior year.
Roach, unlike Johnson, though, was never considered as a player who may bolt early for the NFL Draft.
Roach, a 6-foot-3, 270-pound native of Baton Rouge, La., missed five games during the 2018 season after suffering a fractured foot during the Longhorns' 37-14 win over USC on Sept.
