It may seem a litle dramatic to declare the Longhorns 60-57 win over Kansas State as a must-win, but it as certainly a important win for the Horns.
The Longhorns picked up their first conference win, running their overall record to 9-5 record with the win while breaking a two game losing streak in the process. More importantly, they proved that they can win without injured senior Cameron Ridley. K State meanwhile, dropped to 10-4 overall and 0-2 in Big 12 play.
