The Texas baseball program is mostly used to a high level of success in the Big 12, just not during the 2019 regular season.
Texas baseball now finds itself out of the Big 12 Tournament and with all postseason hopes dashed after an embarrassing 13-0 loss at the hands of the rival Oklahoma Sooners. On May 16, Oklahoma ended the hopes of this Texas baseball team to make the Big 12 Tournament field with another loss in the Red River Showdown.
