The Texas baseball team is preparing for its final week of action for this roller coaster ride of the 2019 regular season under former AP Coach of the Year David Pierce. This 2019 regular season definitely did not go as planned for the Texas baseball program coming off a 2018 campaign that saw them win the Big 12 regular season title and make an appearance in the College World Series.
Although the College World Series berth last year was to no avail in terms of national title contention, it was still a signal that Pierce could be a solid head coach.
