The Texas baseball team has some work to do if it hopes to continue playing beyond the regular season. There are no guarantees for the Longhorns at this point.
But that could all change this weekend versus TCU.
Texas travels to Fort Worth to battle the Horned Frogs. The Longhorns sit 8-7 in conference play, good for fifth place in the Big 12 standings. TCU is one spot ahead at 7-5. That makes this series all the more important as teams jockey for position as the conference’s post season tournament approaches.
Road trips have not been a strong suit of this team.
