AUSTIN, Texas – Texas Athletics morns the loss of a Lifetime Longhorn who made a significant impact on not only the department, but also the entire University of Texas at Austin campus.
Clyde Rabb Littlefield passed away this morning, Wednesday, March 7, 2018.
The son of legendary Longhorn track & field and football coach Clyde Littlefield, Clyde Rabb Littlefield remained heavily involved in the Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays his father started in 1925. To this day, it is still one of the premier meets in the country welcoming more than 7,000 athletes to campus each year.
