Once again, Tom Herman has added a notable name to his staff, as former LSU and North Carolina quarterback Brandon Harris is joining the Texas Longhorns staff in a support role, per a report from Books Kubena of TheAdvocate.
“Thankful for Coach Herman, he’s been a supporter of mine for a very long time dating back to his time at Ohio State,” Harris wrote. “The University of Texas has given me an opportunity of a lifetime to serve as such a special place. #ThisisTexas #family #HOOKEM”
Throughout his three seasons at LSU, from 2014 to 2016, Harris appeared in 22 games, completing 187-of-347 attempts for 2,756 yards, 20 touchdowns, and 10 interceptions.
