Texas has earned its second commit this week.
This time around, the Longhorns notched a verbal pledge from four-star St. Louis Trinity Catholic (MO) wide receiver Marcus Washington.
He announced his decision live on local news.
Washington picked Texas over offers from Alabama, Arkansas, Florida State, Missouri, Ohio State, Oregon, Penn State, TCU, USC, Wisconsin and several other major programs.
At 6-foot-2, 191 pounds, Washington is ranked as the No. 32 wide receiver and No. 202 overall prospect in the country, per 247Sports Composite.
Texas now has 20 commits in its 2019 class.
