For the second time in as many days, a Georgia ball-carrier has the Horns as a top team.
On Monday morning, Atlanta (Ga.) Carver product Jo’Quavious Marks cut his list of 23 offers to a top 10, and the Texas Longhorns survived the cut. In addition to Tom Herman’s program, Marks named Louisville, Tennessee, Mississippi State, Purdue, Nebraska, North Carolina, Florida State, Penn State, and Georgia Tech as the teams he’ll continue to evaluate.
The four-star running back’s list cut left several prominent programs on the outside looking in, including Alabama, Arkansas, Auburn, Florida, Kentucky, Miami, Michigan, Ohio State, and Oregon.
