The once projected Longhorn lean won't be playing college football in Austin
There was a time when three-star Richmond guard Will Farrar was considered a heavy Texas Longhorns lean. Time passed; Texas didn't make Farrar a priority and now the 2017 Houston-area product is headed to Texas Tech.
Farrar had a solid relationship with the Texas coaching staff, most notably Matt Mattox, who recruited Farrar during his time at Tulsa. But as Farrar told Rivals.com regarding his commitment, he "just cannot see himself around any other coaches or players," than the ones at Texas Tech.
