Despite being down both of their seniors - Dylan Osetkowski (illness) & Kerwin Roach II (dumbass) - Texas beat up on Baylor for about 25 minutes straight. The lead was as large as 19 in the second half at 55-36 when Jase Febres hit a three not long after Courtney Ramey and Mario Kegler got offsetting technical fouls, but from that point on Baylor slowly crept their way back into the game. The lead wasn’t down to single digits until 7 minutes left and it wasn’t until the 1:06 mark that Baylor took the lead, and even at that point Texas showed enough fight to force overtime.
