Several Longhorns set to return to practice on Tuesday

On Monday afternoon during his weekly press conference, Texas Longhorns head coach Tom Herman provided an injury update on several Longhorns battling various ailments.

Senior defensive back Jamarquis Durst (shoulder sprain), redshirt freshman safety Montrell Estell (concussion), and redshirt sophomore offensive tackle Patrick Hudson (heat-related illness) were all listed as doubtful for Saturday’s Big 12 showdown with Kansas State.

Elsewhere, after returning to action action on Saturday from an MCL injury and a bone bruise, and later sustaining a minor hip injury against TCU before returning to the game, Texas freshman running back Keaontay Ingram is among those who will practice on Tuesday and are expected to play on Saturday against Kansas State.
