AUSTIN, Texas — A proven and consistent winner with eight Sweet Sixteen and four Elite Eight appearances in 20 years as a head coach at Xavier University and the University of Arizona, Sean Miller has been named the 27th head basketball coach at The University of Texas, Vice President and Lois and Richard Folger Athletics Director Chris Del Conte announced Monday.
