AUSTIN, Texas – Texas Rowing topped the final Pocock Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association (CRCA) Rowing Poll of the 2022 season, the organization announced on Thursday. The Longhorns captured their second-straight NCAA title on Sunday morning, and the First Eight defended their national crown.
During head coach Dave O'Neill's seven seasons at the helm of Texas Rowing, the Longhorns have won two national championships, recorded three top-two national showings, four top-three finishes and placed in the top-eight in all seven seasons.
Texas claimed all 25 first-place votes in this week's rankings for the fourth-straight poll and has held the top spot for 14 consecutive polls.
