Texas freshman Jarrett Allen will toss his hat in the NBA ring.
According to ESPN's Jeff Borzello, the 6-11 center plans to declare for June's NBA Draft. However, Allen won't immediately hire an agent, keeping his NCAA eligibility and the possibility for a return in tact.

An Austin native, Allen is coming off an impressive freshman season where he averaged 13.4 points and 8.4 rebounds.
