A visit weekend for midyear enrollees from the NCAA transfer portal is beginning to materialize for the Texas Longhorns with a report from Bobby Burton that head coach Steve Sarkisian and his staff are expected to host Liberty Flames transfer wide receiver CJ Daniels and Houston Cougars transfer defensive tackle Jamaree Caldwell.
Both players also have plans to visit Oregon with Auburn expected to get Daniels on campus, as well.
A Georgia product who was ranked as a consensus three-star prospect in the 2020 recruiting class, Daniels was a big-play threat for the Flames throughout his career, averaging 20 yard per catch as a freshman, 17.
