After electing to transfer from the program last week, former Texas Longhorns redshirt sophomore wide receiver Davion Curtis will enroll at Tyler Junior College for the fall semester, per a report from Inside Texas’ Justin Well.
A former three-star prospect out of Temple, Curtis was a member of Charlie Strong’s final recruiting class in 2016. Curtis spent his first season on the Forty Acres as a redshirt.
Curtis made his first career appearance last season during the Longhorns 38-7 road win over Baylor, but he didn’t record any stats or appear in another game throughout the remainder of the 2017 campaign.
