Texas coach Tom Herman is reportedly adding a former head coach to his support staff.
Larry Fedora, who led North Carolina for the past seven seasons, is joining the Longhorns in an analyst role, according to a report Monday from Anwar Richardson of Orangebloods.com.
Fedora was fired from the Tar Heels in November after a 2-9 season. He compiled a 45-43 overall record at North Carolina and went 28-28 in the ACC. Prior to his tenure in Chapel Hill, Fedora was the head coach at Southern Miss and went 34-19.
Former North Carolina coach Larry Fedora has officially accepted an analyst position on Texas football coach Tom Herman’s staff, according to my sources.
