Sophomore wide receiver DeAndre McNeal will transfer from Texas, according to 247sports.His decision comes in the wake of his indefinite suspension for violating team rules on August 3.
According to 247sports, McNeal requested his release from the program on Wednesday. He is barred from transferring to any Big 12 school or non-conference team on the Longhorns' schedule.
