Reese Leitao pled guilty to a reduced misdemeanor charge stemming from his drug possession arrest in February, reports Ch. 6 News in Oklahoma.
Leitao’s sentencing was deferred four years to allow him time to complete the following conditions of the reduced charge:
- Drug & Alcohol Assessment
- Letter of Apology to his high school, parents, and law enforcement
- 40 hours of community service
- Four speeches/talks to schools discussing his poor choice
- Returning money from drug sales
- Personal meeting with the District Attorney before Summer 2018
When Leitao was arrested outside of his high school in Tulsa, he had more than $1,000 in his possession and Xanax pills, which he admitted to selling.
