Texas Athletics is proud to announce Texas Country pioneers Reckless Kelly as the headliner of Longhorn City Limits, taking place prior to Texas Football's nonconference clash vs. USC on Saturday. Sept. 15. Led by co-founders Willy and Cody Braun, Reckless Kelly have released a string of critically acclaimed albums since establishing their roots in Austin in 1996. The group's latest album, "Sunset Motel," is like all its predecessors, distinctive in its own way while true to form.
Joining Reckless Kelly on the lineup are Austin's own blues and funk duo, The Peterson Brothers. The Peterson Brothers possess a modern blend of blues, soul and funk.
